Plastic profiles are manufactured by method of extrusion from different materials with different physical properties, shapes and colours. The manufacture of tools and PVC resins enables us to quickly respond to new trends in shapes, profiles and customer's technical requirements.

Each product is tailored to its designated function. Based on physical and mechanical properties, product can be made out of plasticized or hard PVC, polyolefins, ABS or other plastic materials. High quality of produced profiles may be used as an equal substitute for regular materials or as a stand-alone structure, or esthetical elements.

By using combined extrusion method, (co-extrusion) different variety of properties of the final product may be achieved. First, try to choose from the basic layout of extruded products according to material: Novoplast - plasticized PVC Novodur - hard PVC Polyolefins - polyethylene (HD-PE, LD-PE), polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA) and so on.

Because of the complexity of the catalogue (more than 1000 different shapes), we recommend to make our choice according to the required shape and intended use of particular profile and then choose from additional profile options.
