Regranulation

Separation and subsequent recycling of secondary raw materials are considered generally activities favourable to the environment and one of the major paths to sustainable development. Thanks to the higher rate of recycling, the amount of the produced waste that would otherwise be disposed to dumping sites declines, and the so-called Carbon Trace is reduced, which might take effect in lower emissions, reduced consumption of electric power, crude oil, or water for the production of new products.

LINE Recycling line is designed for reprocessing of the technological returns, discordant or claimed products, bags from raw materials, purchased secondary raw material. fatra regranulační linka
RE-GRANULATION The processed material is crushed and transported by conveyor to a sinter unit, where crushed again and centrifuged directly to the extruder. In the heated extruder, rotating screw transports the material to a hot melt filter. The material is at the same time homogenized and plasticized.
Plastic melt purified in the filter is transported by adapter to the cascade extruder zone. In the extruder, the screw conveys ht material further to the granulator through a heated cylinder. In doing so, gases generated in printed, wet or organic material are eliminated by degassing process. Plastic melt is in the granulator pressed through an injection plate. Melt strands are then cut off, captured by water stream, cooled down, and subsequently dried. Finished granulate is conveyed to a reservoir, from which it is filled or conducted to mixing silos and then packed.

PACKAGING
Re-granulates are packaged as follows:
a) in Oktabin packages (octagonal cardboard boxes)
b) in Big-bags – of 750 kg or 1000 kg.  The package has a constant weight
