The 2023 Fair Employer of the Zl\u00edn Region. This survey is organised by the Zl\u00edn Region in cooperation with the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Zl\u00edn Region, the Labour Office of the Czech Republic-the Regional Branch in Zl\u00edn and the Regional Council of the Czech and Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions of the Zl\u00edn the Region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the rules, it recognises the efforts of employers who ensure equal opportunities for their employees, take care of their employees and support the region they work in over and above the framework of their statutory obligations. These very activities contribute to the development of good working conditions in the region, strengthened relationships between the protagonists in labour-law relations, the financial stability of companies, the health of the region\u2019s inhabitants and the development of corporate responsibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fatra, a. s. won the jubilee 10th year of this survey in the category of employers with more than 249 employees. The award is confirmation for us of the results of our long-term work with our employees and evidence of the fact that we are heading in the right direction. At the same time, however, it is also a commitment for the future, because fairness and responsibility are the key to long-term success both for the company and for its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
