Products

TENOLAN Films

BO PET films marketed under the TENOLAN brand are designed for further processing in the packaging and electrical engineering industries, as well as for technical and decorative applications and use as release films. The films are supplied in rolls on cores and manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 7 µm to 150 µm. Thanks to a wide range of surface treatments, they are suitable for printing, lamination, metallization, and other processing methods. The product range includes transparent, colored, metallized, and specialty BO PET films, including variants suitable for direct food contact.

TENOLAN Transparent and Colored Films

The colored BO-PET films are mass-dyed. Both transparent and colored films can be treated with corona discharge or coated with a polyester copolymer or acrylate-based chemical layer to enhance adhesion for further processing. These films are available with varying levels of haze. Colored films can be highly opaque.

TENOLAN Metallized Films

Transparent or colored BO-PET films featuring single-sided vacuum aluminum metallization. The reverse side can be corona-treated or coated with a polyester or acrylate copolymer for further processing. Available in various optical densities, these metallized films are designed for further processing in the packaging and technical industries.

TENOLAN Specialty Films

BOPET films with special properties designed to meet the demanding requirements of various industries. The product range includes variants featuring a matte finish, low haze, high opacity, UV resistance, electrical insulation properties, or enhanced heat resistance (baking films).

TENOLAN PCR Films

The range of TENOLAN PCR BOPET films is based on the proven colored and transparent TENOLAN films. During production, a portion or the majority of the virgin raw material is replaced with recycled PET (PCR rPET). The PCR content can range from 30% to 99%, depending on the film type, color, and customer requirements.

FOLAM Laminates

The multi-layer transparent and colored laminated foils marketed under the FOLAM brand are designed for the production of flexible packaging and lidding for both food and technical applications. They are based on BOPET film laminated with PE or PP, ensuring high mechanical strength, reliable product protection, and excellent sealability. Laminates can also be supplied with additional treatments, such as metallization or anti-fog properties. The thickness range for these laminated foils is 32–400 µm.

PETAFOL APET Sheets

PETAFOL APET sheets are amorphous PET sheets designed for further processing in the packaging industry, as well as for technical and decorative applications. They are flat materials produced via extrusion from PET polymer and selected additives to ensure stable properties during subsequent processing.
