Products

Injection moulding

We injection-mould plastic products on modern injection-moulding machines with clamping force of 420–1100 t. We process mouldings weighing 80–3000 g and most often manufacture on moulds supplied by the customer. Based on drawing documentation we can also provide the production of a new injection mould and follow-up serial production.

FATRA Roof shingle

The FATRA Roof shingle 400 x 400 mm is produced by injection moulding from secondary PVC raw materials (arising from the production of roofing membranes). The shingles are used to create overlapping roof coverings on sloped and gable roofs and visually imitate natural slate.

Multifunctional tiles

Decorative plastic tiles measuring 300 × 300 mm allow quick free-laying thanks to a locking system. Individual pieces fit together easily and create a stable surface without gluing. They are suitable for terraces and verandas, balconies and gazebos, and work great around pools and hot tubs. They are intended for long-term outdoor use.

Automotive / construction products

For the automotive and construction industries, we offer the production of cooperative products on large injection molding machines. We produce on molds supplied by the customer, or according to drawings, we can ensure the production of a new mold. We process polyolefins, regranulates and recycles and, newly, PVC. Typical products can be car parts, car battery covers; construction products.

Consumer products / white goods

For the consumer and white goods industry, we offer the production of cooperative products on medium and large injection molding machines. We produce on molds supplied by the customer, or according to drawings, we can ensure the production of a new mold. We process polyolefins, regranulates and recycles and, newly, PVC. Typical products can be boxes and lids, baskets, plastic parts for lawnmowers / washing machines / copiers, etc. Our own product is the cover faces of rolls for protecting rolls.
