Fatra has been producing plastic sections for application in numerous industries for over 60 years. Our internal departments for design, instrument production and preparing PVC granulate enable us to respond flexibly to developing new sections for individual customers. We operate dozens of extruder lines capable of manufacturing sections from various materials. Such sections can be delivered with UV stabilization or in variants without phthalates made to various finishes (i.e. cutting, piercing, labelling, printing, patterning, marking). Fatra, a.s. produces PVC granulate from basic raw materials using the latest machinery and technology which includes mixing and granulation on extrusion lines.
Supplies of granulate comprise various types, differing in a wide scale of characteristics related to the technology of their subsequent processing (extrusion, co-extrusion, cable and fence sheathing, injection moulding, pressure moulding). In addition to the granulates listed, it is possible to create custom mixtures upon request.
In developing new forms of granulate, the Production Deparment collaborates with research laboratories with state-of-the-art facilities for testing materials according to current standards.
All our granulates are developed, produced and delivered in collaboration with the customer, based on the characteristics demanded. However, cooperation with the customer does not end with production and shipment, since extended support is optional if requested by the customer, which could take the form of technical assistance in initiating production or optimizing processing methods in serial production.

They are produced in various colour designs, with single- or double-sided pattern, with micro-perforation or without perforation. They serve as an indication and warning of the existence of cable routes and other conducts embedded in ground excavations, etc. These foils do not provide mechanical protection of such networks.
